Library thanks the patrons...............

The Lee County Library would like to thank all of our patrons who participated in our “Fines for Food” amnesty program. The library collected almost 200 pounds of non-perishable food items for distribution to the Salkehatchie families. This was a wildly successful program that will become an annual feature. Again, thanks to all our patrons – you all are great!!

Heads UP - New Programming Alert!!

The Librarians are working on a new program! We are putting together a Fall/Winter Reading Program – similar to the Summer Reading Program. The Fall/Winter program will feature field trips and possibly movie screenings. We are modifying the program so that students can participate without interfering with their schoolwork. We think this could be an exciting addition to our current programs and we hope interested individuals will contact us for more information.
