Missy's dog Caper came to visit. She is a very sweet and shy dog. (She certainly does not fit in this rowdy Library!) She's a Brittany Spaniel. The picture unfortunatley does not do her justice!!!

Well, the ETV Road Show came - stayed all day - and then left. We are still recovering. What a great day for Lee County and what a wonderful tribute to LC Library. Bob Schuster and Bob McAnaly have just been wonderful to us. "The Bobs" could not have been kinder. We really appreicate their support.

Also kudos to Angel McCrae and Clifford who came in and entertained about 250 children.

Liston and Betty Truesdale were helping to set up the Lizard Man Museum. Liston was the LC Sheriff during the first appearance of the Lizard Man. he is also an incredible historian and oral historian. (Fascinating to listen to!)

Betty is a former School Librarian and is know as this blogette's "Little Buddy."

Amondo Rayshawn Harris came in today to show his favorite Library ladies his Bachelors Degree in Socialogy. Amondo is a frequent visitor to the library on his trips home. THE LC Library Ladies are proud to be associated with such a fine young man. We wish Amondo every success as he pursues his Master Degree.

Elizabeth Roberts, our intern, is graduating and leaving us for bigger and better things. This makes us pretty sad. Elizabeth was a great worker and brought a little ray of sunshine to the library each tuesday.
