Isn't that a great picture? The picture was taken by Ashlie, my newest contact on Flickr. I 'met" A on Twittter - another social networking site.

Social networking is a way to expand horizons. Most likely I would not have met A - or several other interesting people without social networking. Given the age and location difference there is little way we could have met without the benefit of social networking.

There have been a lot of false/misleading reports about social networking. Like anything else, it come with its own inherent dangers, but if you are and adult responsible person, the concept opens doors that are not available anywhere else.
